Clean navigation and module consolidation update.

What changed:
- TruTrak Admin and Vehicle Mapping are now one tab under Administration > TruTrak Admin.
- TruTrak mapping is removed from Management > Vehicles.
- Management-side Staff pages now redirect to Administration > Staff Management.
- Time Clock is removed from Administration; team shift detail is under Management > Clock Records.
- My Rota in the account dropdown opens as a pop-out modal.
- Dashboard Contacts are view-only; managing contacts is under Management > Contacts.
- Rota has a sheet upload/import tool for CSV/XLSX files.
- Back to Management buttons were removed.
- Contacts and Vehicles now use cleaner pop-out add/edit forms.
- Uploaded logo/favicon protection is kept.
