This package is rebuilt specifically for the in-app Maintenance updater.

### What changed
- packaged in the exact ZIP layout the updater scans first: `workerspanel_app/` at the ZIP root
- includes the full current no-rota app tree so the updater can replace all normal application files in one pass
- keeps portable subfolder routing and asset-path fixes
- keeps the `/management` routing fallback
- keeps installer admin detection improvements already in the app files
- deletes legacy rota entry files during update via `delete_manifest.txt`

### Notes
- `config/database.php`, `config/auth.php`, `install.lock`, and migration deployment folders are still protected by the updater and are not overwritten on live sites
- this package is for the in-app updater, not a manual overwrite
